{ It is 12:00 am midnight and those listening to KILO Radio in Cleveland are in for a shock as creepy eerie music begins to play. After about a minute we hear a strange voice over the airways it almost sounds nightmarish you might say. }
Voice: Glad you have tuned into our new radio football talk program, where I will be talking weekly with a member of the Cleveland Claws I am your host Kreddy Frugger. I will be chatting with new GM Ira Bowman who we have in the dungeon tonight. Welcome Mr. Bowman.
Ira: Thank you for having me in this creepy place of a broadcast area. I guess you have some questions for me so lets get going.
Frugger: Yes I do have some questions first and foremost I have done some checking and I don't see your name connected anywhere in football. Not in Pros, collage, high school, or even pee wee. So I take it you don't know much about managing a football team do ya?
Ira: Yes you are right I don't have much football knowledge but I do have experience at management. That is how I have gotten this job. It is not my job to call the plays it is my job to make the tough calls and mange the team, the coaches, and the spending. We have scouts too look at talent and yes I will make the final call on who we trade for, who we draft. I will decide who we resign. Cleveland has a history of paying too much money to players that are getting over the hill. Let me tell you Frugger fan favorites will only sell tickets for so long. Championships sell tickets, selling tickets makes money, money we need to get players we want here.
Frugger: So I take it there is some players here you don't want and others you'd like to bring in?
Ira: That is right, matter of fact there is a player I'd love to trade for but due to past unwise spending and our team's $46.32 Mill in lost cap space this year. I can't get him. I feel if I'd be able to get him we would be looking at being division champs for sure. Maybe even have real shot at winning the IFL championship. Shoot with that lost cap space I could have that player and still have money for another star player. We are also already penalized for next year too $7.04 Mill and no one can answer too me where this penalty is from. I see it taking a few years but look for our finances to change in the near future.
Frugger: Well fans we are willing to take some calls if anyone like to give us a ring just call the regular request line and we will take your questions. Now a word from our sponsor.
Here comes the king here comes the big number one for when you say Budweiser you said it Claws.
Frugger: Welcome back fans we got our first caller, your on the air with Kreddy & Ira what's your question?
Fan: Yeah Ira what are you some kinda fruitcake manager that manages fruitcake bakeries at Christmas to only see it all get thrown in the trash? I mean you have already traded P Walter Hardy away? He is better than Liesegang and you give him away for a 4th & 5th rd pick what in the __ Beep __ are you thinking? Little Rock must be celebrating.
Ira: I am sure Little Rock is and we wish Hardy the best of luck in Little Rock. My thinking on this is why do we have 2 Punters on this team yes Hardy is better than Liesegang, but I feel Liesegang can get the job done and when it will come time to resign these two men Liesegang will be cheaper to resign leaving maybe 1 to 2 mill extra to spend elsewhere for linemen who will see much more playing time, or secondary. We also have some skilled players getting up in age that we are going to need to replace soon. Also choosing to trade Hardy over Liesegang I believed would generate more interest. Now with that two extra picks if we see a player we really like say still available at pick 17 and we don't think he will fall to 21 where we are we can offer one or both these picks to try and swap spots to get our man. Say we are not able too trade up, then we hope our guy falls to us if not we draft someone else we like, or trade down. Way I see it those extra picks will give us more options at getting who we want. In the future you will be seeing us being a lot more active in the trade market. I am not scared to try and get who I want sometimes it works some times it doesn't.

Frugger: Well, I for one hope it works, you have a lot to prove and things could get nasty here in Cleveland if they don't work. Let's take another caller.
Fan: Mercury Sander had a great game this past week is he also a player that could be traded away? I'd hate too see you trade greatness like that away.
Ira: Yes Sander was a huge part of the reason we won this last week 257 yards rushing last week. He is in only his 6th year has 6479 yards total and 36 TD's. He is currently not on the trading block. However and this goes for any team member if another team was to contact us with a offer I feel will make this team better even if it makes us worse for that year I will trade a player away. I am willing to lose a couple extra games in 1 season to hopefully be better for 5-6 seasons. Also how much of a hit we have to take if we are contacted will play into it. As I stated earlier tonight I'd really like to go after a certain guy however for example WR Vaughn was mentioned as possibly being part of that trade but as that other GM I spoke too said he would cost us a huge penalty. Had it not been such a huge penalty Vaughn might be playing elsewhere this next week. So to answer your question f the price is right and we can afford it anything could happen. However a player like Sander at this point we are not actively seeking to trade. However we will always being willing to hear all offers on anybody a person might be interested in.
Frugger: Well we have game to the end of the show and let's hope our new GM does not cost us all to have nightmares here in Cleveland. Good night all.
