    American Conference:

Cleveland has clinched the North division title and clinches the #1 seed with a win. If they lose they can still get the #1 seed if West Virginia and Anchorage lose. They could fall to the 3rd seed if they lose and both WV and Anchorage win.

West Virginia has clinched a playoff birth and clinches the #1 seed with a win and Cleveland loss, they clinch at least a first round bye with a win. They clinch the East division with a win as they play Hartford. If they lose, they have clinched a wildcard spot.

Anchorage has clinched a playoff birth and clinches the West division with a win or a Los Angeles loss. They can clinch the #1 seed with a win AND if Cleveland and West Virginia both lose--if just one of them loses, they can steal a first round bye. If they lose they have clinched a wildcard birth.

New Orleans has clinched the South division and will be either the #3 or #4 seed and will host a wildcard team.

Hartford has clinched a playoff birth and can clinch the East division with a win against West Virginia.

Los Angeles can win the West division with a win AND an Anchorage loss. If they win they still make the playoffs unless Hartford wins AND Columbia wins. (Columbia has beaten LA head to head, but if Hartford loses, a 3-way tie would give them the edge, or if Columbia loses they still get in). If they lose, they can still make the playoffs if Columbia AND Murfreesboro both lose.

Columbia can make the playoffs only if they win and Los Angeles loses, OR if they win AND Hartford wins.

Murfreesboro can only make the playoffs with a win AND if Columbia and Los Angeles both lose.

All other AC teams have been eliminated. Fresno has successfully tanked and will have the first pick in the 2030 draft. With a loss they will be 0-16.

    National Conference.

Dakota has clinched the North division and the #1 seed. They finish the season perfect with a win.

Newark has clinched the East division and the #2 seed. They have nothing to play for this week.

Calgary has clinched a playoff spot and clinches the West division with a win OR Arizona loss.

Texas has clinched the South division and can clinch the #3 spot with a win and both Calgary and Arizona lose.

Arizona has clinched a playoff spot and can clinch the West division with a win AND a Calgary loss.

Orlando clinches a wildcard spot with a win OR if Vancouver AND Lansing both lose.

Lansing can clinch a wildcard spot with a win AND if Orlando and Vancouver both lose*

Vancouver can clinch wildcard spot with a win AND if Orlando and Lansing both lose*

*- One more possibility. If Orlando loses and Vancouver and Lansing both win, either Lansing or Vancouver would still get in but I am not sure how the tie-breaker works. I am assuming due to Conference record SLC cannot benefit from any tie-breaking scenarios and lose a head to head tie-breaker with Orlando, but I don't know what is written in the code. According to google, the next step in the NFL is best record against common opponents.

All other NC teams have been eliminated.
