  • Stallions 2024 Draft Class

    1 - 29 (29) QB Tulane Doug Hull
His bars match the current SLC attack minus the scrambling and gives me my first deep passer since Jacobs if he shows balls in TC. Got him a mentor waiting with lube…

    4 - 13 (109) DT Washington Joel McDonald
Gotta pay to play and with DT Roman King and my 2nd round pick shipped to FRE for our new FL Terrance Wiggins I was on the lookout for some manly. Hopefully the DT rotation /depth is restored.

    5 - 16 (144) DE Texas Tech Lamar Adachi
My scout had him very underrated and I liked the combine/bar combo + value…if he can play, yay

    5 - 32 (160) WR Hawaii J.C. Hoover
First of the Phantom picks. Excited about him as my slot or future #2. Cohesion match got him the nod over WR Quinn Macleod—hope I didn't blow it there.

    6 - 15 (175)RB Missouri Don Ricci
I liked another one better but he’ll do if Neal Kinney or J.C. Shields prove not to be RB2s

    6 - 32 (192)DE Davidson Rob Cole
At this point in the draft, I gotta swing as it’s a need position. He’s not outstanding but his combines fall in the range and the bars look true enough to spend the 2nd LAW pick here.

    7 - 14 (206)OLB Rice Mack Springer
Ohhh if these bars hold I got a new “Strait-Jacket” !!! Really hope he can rush the passer.

    7 - 32 (224)OLB Georgia Jamal Carr
He’s not sexy, but he’s a system match at a position of need---run stuff and play zone when I release the rushers

I need a big arm to get your DBs to back the eff up off of me...time to bring the long ball back to SLC and avenge some epic beat downs by you Mark.

Hell this works for both of you

you kinda nailed that [although I think it was ME trying to run my Gunslinger and Ravens offenses w/Downing---put him back in the offense I built for this team and he's back on track ]
