Talent base in the IFL at an all time low!

I did an interview with a few owners in the league over the weekend leading up to the games and it seems that the word behind the front office doors is that the talent base is just in a tail spin to nowheresville.

One radical owner I interviewed said we should look into league contraction.

Teams like
Little Rock
St Louis
Louisiana

and my favorite Oakland.

Should all be contracted and a dispersal draft be held.
