Would I get offered even a second rounder for CB Sandy Lindo? Not a chance probably, but I wouldn't trade him for that either. I value the guy greatly.

To say a CB's cutoff is 10 years though is cutting it short some. Rodney Love on my team has had two of his best seasons the last two, his 11th and 12th seasons. A top level CB for the next 6-7 years is not a small thing. Drafting a rookie, maybe he is good in a year or two at the earliest. Mangum gives you a star player right away and for those next 6 or so years. I think the price is right for Mangum based on that, a couple high picks. I just don't trade like that very often, if at all.

Getting rid of Rodney Love is arguably the worst move I have made as a GM.

What did I give you for him, a 3rd round pick wasn't it? I don't remember but I always think it was a 3rd.
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

I hear Lawrence's Tobias Stanfield went on a trip to Amsterdam trying to get on the good side of some opposing players. He wents with a couple friends, or opposing defenders hoping they won't hit him so hard this year.

He went with Houston's RB Timmerman, Toad DE Karl Cronin, Mule CB Winston Mulder, Viper LB Carl Deitz, Power LB Charles Patch, Seal WR Gaston Williams, and Reno LB Lawrence Maggard. No one is in a huge hurry to get home and are playing it off like they are holding out for more money. imp:

I will be watching these guys, hopefully from Amsterdam if I can find a Greyhound that goes there.

        Adios,

That sounds about right. Actually the more I think about it, wasn't that the pick that brought in Hickman?

C Tracey Damien for CB Love. Actually it looks like a pretty even swap. Both teams got value. Love has already been discussed, but Damien has also served Hartford well, inluding a 2nd team All League award in 2009. He is still anchoring the line at C, rated as a 63/63 in his eleventh year.
