How many number 1 picks has West Virginia stockpiled over the past couple of years...?
Only 1 per off-season. It's really not that bad.
I think Kozure turns it around though. He drafted well last season.
I'm thinking WV, Orlando and Newark turn things around starting next season. Of course Orland and Newark will have to take from me in doing so but I'm due for a loss against both.
Well, I figured I'd give you a little help. Plus, I needed to make sure that I stayed on top of the lifetime series against NFK!

Two games are coming back to haunt me this year, our loss to WVA and our loss to CLE. If we win either of those games, I am much more confident in our chances for the playoffs. As it is, I think we'll tie for the final playoff spot, but lose the tie-breaker.

Some final observations (thanks Coder for the edit):
 Wichita is in the top 12 and without a dance partner. However, they clearly match up well with other playoff contenders. Wichita also has the 2nd longest active win streak at seven. The #1 team, Lawrence has the longest with thirteen.
 "Six playoff teams" from 2009 reenter as 2010 playoff teams. Six do not.
 The 2009 playoff team to fall the furthest from grace was Salt Lake City to a record of 2-14.
 Vermont & Vancouver made the largest jumps from 2009. Vermont improved from 5-11 in 2009 to a record of 9-7. Vancouver improved from 4-12 in 2009 to a division championship and playoff spot and a record of 8-8.
 All indications point to a Lawrence-Norfolk Imperial Bowl. TB thinks there are enough quality teams in both conferences to give either of these teams an unwelcome surprise.
 Final rankings will be issued after the Imperial Bowl that incorporate the results of the playoffs. This last poll will reset the teams for the 2011 preseason poll.
TB has enjoyed doing this & hopes that others have found it entertaining.
