Your Tower of Power Semi Quarterly edition!

        1) Anchorage Lynx - If Earl Morral and Larry Csonka had played at the IFL level, they would be popping the champaign. The Lynx are still marching to the championship though.

        2) St. Louis Cardinals - They're only losses are to Wichita and Norfolk. They also defeated Houston earlier in the season.

        3) Madison Demons - After some early struggles they are rolling and are currently the class of the NC.

        4) Newark Bulldogs - This week's showdown shows who is top dog in the NC.

        5) Houston Renegades - They've beaten three AC teams with playoff aspirations, can they make it 4?

        6) Norfolk Vipers - Should have been 0-2 the last two weeks, somehow go 2-0. They're here for now, but only because no one else has impressed us either.

        7) Columbia Fire - They've clawed their way to the top of the standings, but need to be more consistent to go places in the playoffs.

        8) Oakland Owls - They lead the NC West, but they need to find a defense.

        9) Salt Lake City Stallions - Now isn't the right time for a slump. Unfortunately, the schedule doesn't get any easier.

        10) Hartford Grizzlies - Finally learned how to keep a lead in the 4th quarter. They are better than their record, but is that enough to earn a playoff birth.

        11) Albuquerque Matadors - Will the real Matadors stand up? The team that beat the Grizzlies and Vipers back to back on the road, or the team that lost to the Dragons and the Trojans?

        12) Iowa City Snipe Hunters - They're moving on up, but that coincides with the easy part of their schedule. This week will determine whether they are prentenders or contenders.

        13) Wichita Outlaws - They win, but there is little room for error. Should be much better than they are.

        14) Portland Seals - Have really come on as of late riding Caro's arm until it falls off.

        15) Lawrence Phantoms - Play them on the road, you lose, play them at home you win.

        16) Boston Dragons - They make a QB change and suddenly they win. It's too late to make a difference this year though.

        17) Vancouver Killer Whales - They have been up and down all year. Buy this week, sell next.

        18) Tulsa Cows

        19) Reno Wolfpack

        20) Pittsburgh Power

        21) Murphreesboro Mules - Don't let their 4-7 record fool you, they're last 4 losses are to playoff bound teams by less than a TD. Opie leads them to the playoffs next year, you heard it here first.

        22) Orlando Pirates

        23) Texas Trojans

        24) Little Rock Toads

        25) Louisiana Voo Doo

        26) Lansing Ogres

        27) Dakota Spirit

        28) Vermont Mountaineers

        29) Cleveland Clawz

        30) California Heroes

        31) Montreal Firebirds

        32) West Virginia Beasts

Other comments coming as time permits.
