If anyone has any suggestions for what I should do with my ticket prices feel free to PM me. I'm favoring making some big increases mainly in the luxury boxes area ($62,000 currently) and leaving the other prices about the same or with minor increases.

Also any tips on stadium renovation? Luxury boxes are obviously the key and the more the better. But what's a reasonable percentage to pay from the team's pockets? Also, is it better to upgrade your suite numbers in one bid or through a few bids? Any input is appreciated.

I went smaller in the number of seats in my bid with the plan to charge more later. I think I went about 85,000 in my contrbution.

Doing some research on what Jave has been doing with Oakland in regard to ticket prices and I just noticed that ticket prices are automatically adjusted from year to year by around 10%.

Jim must've added this when I notified him that ticket prices, at the beginning of each year, were reverting to a default number (and not to the previous year's setting).
