My two first round picks from last year, one is looking to be a bust but had two games with 5 receptions, winning one with a 50 yard catch late to set up a TD. The other went up 22 pts despite being injured last year, and had 17 KRB's in 54 opportunities, and has a good chance to become an all-pro. That is the difference between 100% and 130%.

You can get good value in any round, but I'll take good value in the first round over good value in any other round, barring breakouts.

The 3.41 yards per carry is my back-up and was a need pick. He's doing exactly as planned.

The 3-16 KRB's are mop-up stats for a player who isn't scheduled to start for another season yet.

Neither player is a problem for my cap. That's good value.

My 100% and 130% estimates were for this current draft class. Be that as it may 1 out of 2 is horrible value when dealing with 1st round picks. You're supposed to get a good/great player in the 1st round so 1 out of 2 is no good. And while the busts ratings go down his contract doesn't. That's not good value.

I agree with you here. It's the 1st round busts I worry about. Like the one I just had to put on the trading block.
