The Boston Pikes officially announce a change in ownership. Beginning in week 4 Howie and Rgvicedo have officially taken ownership over the Pikes organization.
When discussing the joint acquisition Rgvicedo questioned "What the hell kind of a name is Pike!? Whatbare they, Pikers?"
When it was pointed out that the Pike are a breed of fish he noted " Yeah, thats gotta change"
Beginning next season, the Boston Pikes will rebrand into the Boston Brawlers.
All doors and windows will remain open at Bostons stadium for the remainder of the season in an effort to alleviate the strong fish odor permiating the building.
Also of note that this week, week 8, will be the last All You Can Eat Fish Fry Friday buffet at the teams concession stands.
