Huntington, WVA (AP) The Beasts Played Host To Cleveland.


First Quarter: Cleveland Won The Toss And Elected To Receive.


The first quarter would set the tone for the entire game as both teams defenses ruled the stormy day.


The Beasts first scored on a 24 yard field goal with twenty seconds left in the quarter. The quarter would end with West Virginia leading 3-0.


Second Quarter: Defenses Continue Dominance.


Cleveland tied the game with a 32 yard field goal at the ten minute mark. The Beasts took the lead again on another field goal from 39 yards at the five minute mark.


The Score At Halftime Stood With West Virginia Leading six to three.


Second Half.


West Virginia opened up with a decent drive and closed it with a 52 yard field goal to build upon their lead.


Score: 9-3 WVA


Cleveland answered in the third quarter with another field goal, this one from 21 yards to close the lead.


Fourth Quarter:


West Virginia winds up kicking a 51 yard field goal to take a 12-6 lead.




Cleveland winds up with the ball late in the fourth and manages to get to the WVA 43 yard line and QB Byron Rivera throws an interception to seal the game for The Beasts.
