Giordano just boomed to make the green list!Originally posted by Argot View PostI can't remember if I said this somewhere, but I hope I don't regret taking OT - Lamont Giordano over the CB taken picks later, Danny Parker.
So far Parker looks like a beast and my tackle...eh...good.

I take no credit for Clark -- the way I tune DA had him ranked pretty high and he just kept falling. Same for Darien Spadaford (SS) @ 2.19. QB Raul Mara @ 3.26 is what I like most about this draft.
TC/PreWk2:
It looks like my attempt at LFA WR Dvorak (I chose Hawes for that damn BPR bar) should have been more aggressive. I knew I missed something when the Beasts put the $$$ to the deal.

This years draft was a bit disappointing for us here in Columbia. We wanted to take Clark at CB but with 2 studs we just could not pull the trigger on a 3rd. Thought about moving him to Safety... But just could not bring myself to making that move.
We are happy to see Columbia mentioned in this article as it always nice to see your team mentioned. Thank you for the write up. I was working on something like this but life got in the way... it is very well written.
As for us. Carpenter/Coles have been the biggest surprises for us.. Very happy with them. Unfortunately not sure we have a spot for Carpenter on our line other then a backup role. I guess that is a nice problem to have.
The rest of the draft was mostly for depth and I think we addressed that well. Yarmack was a pleasant surprise at 7.28...
Thanks again for the write up.. well done.GM Columbia Fire

He may not have done much in pre-season but he looks pretty good to my scouts.. His ZD looks underdone at the moment but nothing that veteran mentor FS can't fix (Hint: I have one on my trade block.....)Originally posted by FrozenFlame View PostThanks for the update! Best breakdown of any draft! Shoals was a surprise for me might end up as my best pick...I'm not sold on Raisor my first rounder because he did absolutely nothing for us in the preseason ....maybe moving him to safety was a mistake.sigpic
