How long will it take before you can start working as a realtor (not sure of the word, but you mentioned you were going to start working with your wife after taking some sort of test, right?).

I am not sure how fast I will get my real estate license. It will cost $800 or so for the courses before I can even take the test. I will help the wife with her crap and that should help her in trying to get more buyers/sellers. I may hold of to see how we do for two months before I pay for the courses. Basically it's a big fucking gamble and hopefully this one pays off a lot better then my gamble this time last year which didn't work out and got me here.
