you can just see the people who don't like me (who happen to have mod powers) were just hanging on the fact that i wrote "they're *all* animals". ok, so i didn't use a clarifyer in that first post, but i went on to explain myself and that should have been the end of that. even 2 other guys over there agreed that the mods were making it sound like i posted something really really bad or pornographic.

the sheer absurdity of breast ironing - "i want to make my daughter look as unappealing sexually as possible so that she isn't sexually abused (nevermind i will subject her to extreme pain to do so)" - fired me up. some of the accounts by the victims of that shit put unpleasant images in my head. i sometimes throw around the word rape and hopefully people don't take me seriously, but when it comes to kids other than pissing in the asses of babies i get easily angered.

anyway, back to the Heroes playing playoff spoilers. i feel vindicated over at FOFC. again, i'm made a martyr. sov has joined my ranks as well. their authority is being severely questioned. i'll sit and wait and return like i always do when my boxing's over.

in other news - i think i'm starting to like Emo music. Taking Back Sunday is starting to be one of my favorite bands. i saw them live last summer when they opened for Weezer and their live show made me feel (or wish) like i was 10 years younger. they're a Long Island group and had a huuuge welcoming back. before i was like "Emo??". i thought when people said they liked Emo they were referring to Emo Philips-type music. i didn't get it. then i thought Emo was music for nerdy fags - the type that get their hearts crushed and shit. now i understand it's mostly up tempo-ish punkish music. good shit. i like that song "Miss Murder" from AFI.

i'm going on record and saying Emo is the New Wave music of the 21st century.

I like AFI. What sucks is that 60% of rock is now classified as emo by people and I guess you either have to be with emo or against it. I don't like that. I like some emo and I hate other emo.

Have you ever heard of Glassjaw before? I only ask because they're from Long Island and they have a pretty popular following out there (as you would expect).
