I just made a batch of Cincinnati chili tonight. There's nothing quite like a good bowl of chili.

    That is all...

Cocoa and cinnamon. Not a lot, but it is amazing how adding just a little bit of each really pulls out all the flavors.

Also, they have 4-Way Chili up there. 1) Spaghetti 2) Onions 3) Beans 4) Cheese

I can see the cinnamon as it is hot by itself.

Coca, the chocolate power right, that I don't get. I have had choclate themed chilli before and I did not like it.

Now the cocoa is all of 1 teaspoon in a 5 lb. batch of chili. It's not much at all. What it does is accentuate the spicy flavor from the chili powder and onions.

I agree with Kobeck, too much and it ruins the batch.

I miss Cincinnati chili...The first place I every saw it put over spaghetti noodles as well. Now I can't imagine it any other way.
