GG Anchorage. Your team played a very well rounded game and Fresno just didn't have the answers on offense or defense.

      GG FrozenFlame,

I never would have believed Isaac Garcia would have stepped in from the waiver wire and gained 127 yards on 19 carries with 2 TDs, including a 72 yard TD romp on his first touch. Garcia was released earlier this year by the Beasts, so he must have had additional incentive to perform well.

WLB Erick LaBounty was all over the field winning player of the game with 3.5 sacks, 5 hurries, 4 knockdowns, 6 tackles and an assist.

For some reason my team refuses to let this small streak end. LA Comes into town next week and with a win we can take control of the AC West. Hooper I'm cheering for you next week to keep Fresno off our tail.

          GG Artie,

I started to get scared at the end. It looked like you were mounting a huge comeback. May was impressive until the 2nd half, when he looked like well...you know. Was able to shut down your run and try to let Giovanni beat us. With O'Donnell out, I thought we'd have more success. but your defense got better, totally shutting down Lang and Wolf in the 2nd half. Wolf continues to disappoint. Not sure why. Toby Banks, lived up to his promise and really excels since we went back to a 3-4. It's always interesting when a 30 rated player becomes player of the game.

So...now SLC comes to town with Vancouver to follow. They maybe the two most important games on our remaining schedule. Two straight wins would put us back in contention for the division. Two losses and we may be out of the playoffs altogether. Now--Porcher has an interesting decision. Continue to play May and hope he looks more like 1st half May than 2nd half May, or turn back to Turnbull or even Crane. SLC's defense though, is not Little Rocks...

          Game on Vito...

GG Argot - your guys totally dominated the game in the first half, scoring at will and all but shutting us out. I suspected May at QB and Wolf at RB...for all the good it did us! There was a moment there after we went the length on a TD drive and then got a pick 6 that I had a glimmer of hope but your pass rush extinguished it in short order. And now DE Mickey O'Donnell is out for 6 weeks....

Back to the drawing board for a divisional game against Georgia

Good game StevenE. Although we led the whole game it remained close with no turnovers to change/open the game up.

Have a bad feeling about Texas as SLC thumped them so I'm sure they'll rebound at home. We sustained some injuries as well.

GG Hoosier. Tale of two halves. We dominated and built a 21-0 lead only to watch it slowly slip away. But we pulled out the win on a last second FG.

Congrats! Been rough the past three weeks watching close games go the other way. But...we have the bye next. We should beat the bye.

Dakota Defense was in the HIZZAY. 3 INTs 3 Fumble Recoveries 9 sacks. To think I was gonna trade huntley. dude was an animal today. 4 sacks 3 blocks 1 hurry 2 knock downs. Oh and only 133 yards given up.

GG DawgFan. Got my butt whoopped. I always liked Garcia neglected him during FA as I was chasing other guys and failed. Of course he comes back to dominate his old team messing up our hopes for 16 - 0.

Might need to tweak the gameplan. Seeing as how you held my rbs to about .5 yards per carry lol

If you would have told me my team was going to have 0 turnovers, 2 pick sixes, and 2 fumble recoveries.... I wouldn't have guessed that we gave up 40 points and lost by 12. Total ineptitude offensively. Our running game is dreadful this season and trading Hanks certainly didn't help, though he wasn't making it all that better and it is hard to complain about all the draft picks I got for him. My QB was also 1 for 11 on deep passes.

We need to do a complete overhaul scheme wise. The results from the first week I took over seem to be a fluke, as we have now dropped 3 in a row. I think I'm going to go back to a similar gameplan to what the AI was running before I took over and then see where I need to go from there.

We win with the defense this week. GG Texas.

@ 7-1, tied with Vancouver for the div w/ the Wolfpack getting hot (as expected). I'm afraid to talk smack given at how easily LRK dispatched us and I've got a bad feeling about this game given how close the first one was.

One thing about this division, at any time you can be ROLLED by your division mates. I'm hoping for a win here b/c we didn't really beat Vancouver -- that was more of us outlasting a better team.

I need all the padding I can get now so don't try too hard here Argot--get on your run after you play us

I love our division. I would say it's one of the most difficult in the league, perhaps rivaled by the NC East when it was Lawrence, Newark, and Orlando beating up on each other. I'd say we were all rivals, but there's too much respect here. It's funny. I don't always go through every gameplan activity, until I know I'm facing the horsies and the fishies. I hope Calgary can rebound and reignite that Oakland-Jave swagger!
