Agreed. If combines were more accurate, drafting would no longer be fun and would be robotic.

We tried this in APFL with a 75 setting and it had little or no effect
I seriously doubt anyone could tell what that setting was on from one season to another

I am with Hooper and Dawgfan and Shoveler...no need to change it

Yeah keep it as is. I like not being certain of what I got in the draft---it is kinda fun not knowing if you scored or failed miserably

I'm pretty certain that based on what I'm seeing there is quite a bit less combine accuracy or correlation with the setting of 50. I don't have much factual data to back this up either. However, strong evidence for this is that the default settings in draft analyzer went from heavily weighting combines to heavily weighting bars. The added scout variability in the first couple years makes this tough to assess though. I've tried to take some screenies of good and poor combine players that have gone opposite directions in their first TC and hopefully will come back to it after next TC and do some comparisons. I need to figure out how to save each year's draft class so I can load them up in DA retroactively. With the new version, it seems like the best draft strategy to to load up on draft picks - not necessarily high ones, grab players with the highest (especially "static") bars, and hope for more hits than misses.

If you use DA, just save the class as a draft list --- I save them noting the year (Imperial_2030) so I can pull up them at later dates.
