appears only solution would be to cut one of the main players with multi year contracts - which would suck.

Jim needs to fix this 3rd QB thing. Teams never sign a 4th QB just so they can have a healthy emergency QB. They just roll with 2 healthy ones and hope for the best

I was just going to suggest a conversion, I have no idea what else to try. I wonder if Hooper could put you on cpu control over the midweek and see if it takes any action to fix it (maybe the cpu can sign someone?).
