2029 Staff Draft (whatever Jim!)

I cant find HC Roberson anywhere

I have zero clue how this works

You retain your staff if any are on 1 year deals. Once you finish that, you'll get a screen with staff draft preferences.

Roberson retired but it did not show in transaction log for some reason

everyone else has 2 years left

so I picked my 'staff preferences' and exported



seems like this was a disaster for the Mules last year - LOL

I did the staff draft preferences last stage

I have zero access to staff draft at this point.

next stage appears the actual staff draft will be ran, but I have to import ticket prices and franchise tag with current export but the 'designation' button is greyed out on everyone out of contract. I can mess with ticket prices



this crap is a tad confusing


How is this stage done???

I cant be 100% certain, but I am 99% sure...
Ross Brandon, my Head Coach the past 3 seasons was extended
and I was looking for a new def coor... since my def coor's contract had expired
I set the hiring %s to 1 for HC and 99 for Def Coor
and what happened?
well, we rehired our old def coor for 4 more years
and Former HC Ross Brandon is the new Off Coor in Salt Lake City

I'll survive...its not going to affect us that much, but...

Staff Draft is my least favorite part of FOF7. Too much of a crapshoot. Having said that, making money is now your best friend.

Head Coaches should never leave jobs to become Coordinators, however, Coordinators should be able to be sniped to become Head Coaches.
