I would be up for hanging if we have enough people in 'as is', or as a reboot. Either or. If a reboot, do we get to pick our new cities from scratch? :-)

I would assume a reboot would be with even financials so everyone could name their team whatever.

I just threw the idea out there for PFL that I can run sims for a standard 2013 league over there for whoever wants to do that. And anyone that wants to play against more people in whatever we decide here can join IFL. Or you can do both like me. That could help with people that want more sims. And people that want NFL teams. And people that want a full league. Thoughts?St. Louis Archers / Miami Vice 2027 - 2061

At first I wanted NFL teams/players, but now I think I enjoy the fictional ones as much or more. I'm tempted to try PFL too, but I think I better just stick with the IFL for now at least. But that sounds like a good idea for PFLers.Originally posted by Hooper View PostI just threw the idea out there for PFL that I can run sims for a standard 2013 league over there for whoever wants to do that. BTW - the voting is a little tighter than I thought it would be!

13-8 to reboot is the count. Personally, if all we have coming from your league is 4-5 guys I don't know if I want a reboot or not now. Was hoping a reboot would entice everyone over there to join here. Not to sure if that is gonna happen. I voted yes but kinda torn now.2003,2004,2007,2008,2010,2013,2024,2025,2031,2037, 2038 and 2039 NC North Division Champions, 2012 and 2017 Wild Card

I hear ya. From my experience with the PFL and eNFL, a reboot is going to get you a few more people from other places like FOFC. When posting about the leagues converting with history, we got zero new people. When I posted about a PFL reboot, a few people popped in.Originally posted by BOSS View Post13-8 to reboot is the count. frack.....
I didn't realize that not everyone could see the poll. i will post one in the main forum.
I think the thing to consider is how many people we actually have in vs out in both scenarios.
some will come if there is a reboot. Some will leave if there is a reboot. I think this needs to be taken into consideration. Not to mention, that we haven't heard from everyone as of yet.NEWARK BULLDOGS WALL OF HONOR

and to be clear.
I have every intention on leveling the financials to start FOF. So every team will have a chance to do well financially. We will all be equal. No excuses.

I thought the new game was more strategic. Strange to see such a push away from 1 game/week if there's more strength to the decisions to be made game to game.

Generally speaking, 1 game per week is a deal breaker for most people. It doesn't move fast enough.Originally posted by JesterBlaze View PostI thought the new game was more strategic. What does this mean exactly? Does it involve player contracts, or just stadium/city financials?Originally posted by Matt View Postand to be clear.

If just city/stadium, did Jim make that matter in this version?Steve Beans - Houston Renegades

brings up a point...
If one of the guys from the other league has say the Titans. Well I already have that market. How would that work.
Granted probably not gonna affect me as the Titans are not the most popular team, except in Springfield cause thats Titans country according to Milhouse.sigpic
