Ugh...out of licenses and no reply from ViaTech. I shudder to think of paying $25 for another license with a pending new version coming out in less than a month. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Ideas? Can't open the game on the new computer and now the old computer isn't working.

Weird, I needed a new license a couple months ago when I got a new pc and they responded pretty quickly - I think it was within 24 hours.
I filled out the form at:

I had to email for a licence recently and it took them about 10 days to get back to me and grant me an additional licence.
I think I got their email address from the solecismic website.

it's hit and miss.

keep emailing them. they will help you out. that's what I've done in the past

I'm "in the bag" at this point on a Saturday but if nothing else helps I can try to dig up and give you my "2nd license" as it's no big deal at this point in the FOF lifespan.
