dice rolls tonight for the Newark Bulldogs. We were on point all night. I knew that at some point our offense and defense would start to play like they're supposed to. Craig Downs coming back was big for us and he got himself a pick tonight.

very happy to have taken this one.

Last week the Voodoo had one of their biggest wins in recent memory. This week the roller coaster ride went down in flames like the boardwalk in Jersey. One of the ugliest losses in recent memory. GG Anchorage you owned it from the opening kickoff. Hell even our punter sucked!!!

Once you guys starter marching on the final drive I was just hoping to hold you to a FG. Then we got the fumble recovery and made a few plays to run out the clock. As a team we're playing over our heads but hopefully we can continue rolling.

We put up 370 yards of offense and only score 3 points. Awesome! I would like to believe that maybe we should have drafted QB Burgess and we'd have a few wins by now, but seeing as he's 0-9, I'm not sure that is the case. We are really, really bad. Not sure what the team record is for most turnovers in a season, but I'm sure we are on pace to break it. We have 23 after 8 games. Pitiful.

            I'm impressed.

I'm really glad to see to see Mahe play well and honestly surprised at our success so far.

GG TimG. I actually made some big defensive gameplan changes for the first time this season because I was concerned we would get gouged by Lester and Mathis. I don't think my changes helped at all - maybe hurt, but somehow we came out with the win. Sorry about Whalen, that sucks.

10 road teams won this week! Sometimes I wonder if there's some logic in the game that varies on a weekly scale. E.g. one random week a season road teams have a better chance at winning than usual.

Finally get part of my defense from injury back next week. GG Vito. Big disappointment this year in Carolina.

IMO rookie QB's don't usually win games. not sure if it's coded that way, but i've rarely seen a rookie QB come in and set the world on fire. look at DAK's QB. Beautiful red bars and a lot of green still to go. He will be good, just needs time.

then there's that whole cohesion thing....
