    you are correct.

Wish I could share more with people. That said, I'd be more than willing to share anything I do know.
          It's like a bad addiction. I can't help myself.

I'm currently not willing to use that zodiac chart and my own lack-of-method to phocus much on affinities. I get what I get and then add 2-3 when I complete my roster each season.
Affinities without question take up the majority of my time I spend on this game. I'll start a thread to share some of the things i've learned to help speed up the process. I rarely use the zodiac chart anymore as i've figured out ways within the game to help.

Interesting. My impression is that affinities < cohesion, but I don't know of a definitive study to back that up. I do look for affinities more now that when I started. This year for the first time I have an extreme conflict on my team. I thought about bringing in a new team leader, but then I'd lose some other affinities. Right now I plan on living with it and seeing if I can notice any impact. I do look at the zodiac chart when I'm contemplating trades to make sure that I'm not about to trade for someone with a strong personality and a conflict with a leader.

this is the first year I've gotten a triple affinity for Downing; this week was first go at the offense. Might be an interesting watch besides when we play VAN

Schwartz has triple exceptionals, and some big play targets. It's gonna be the greatest show on turf in Fresno!

Honestly I don't think anyone knows if one is more important than the other. I'm sure it would be very very difficult to prove if there in fact one was more important than the other. Cohesion is really easy and simple. the longer you keep your guys on your roster the better your cohesion will be. Affinities are more like a moving target. One year you can have a leader and the next year someone on your roster will replace that leader and it's difficult to plan for that. Really the difficult thing with chemistry is finding or planning for the team leader.

I've found that there's a minimal that we must hit during TC or ratings can actually go down. My guys were losing Loyalty every year for a while and thus I noticed this.

Time spent in each section of the TC screen. Not sure if it applies to every one.

I know I've never seen any personal jumps in my QBs formations nor drops, but looking back I've pretty much done an "every other year" thing in that spot so I might have been on the verge of losing formations via zero time spent and then grabbed enough of a bump to only get back to where I previously was when I put in limited time the next season. I've never been in a position where I'd put a lot of time in that area. If I had 3 quality up and coming QBs I might do it but otherwise it seems too much to waste on a small thing IMO.

need to put time into that if you draft one of those dumb QB's that only know a few formations.
this is one area that I've seen gm's not invest extra time in this area to get their QB's formations and thus stuggle in the season because they don't have great offensive formations or limited formations and thus get familiar messages.
