I'm confident based on recent results, but there's no denying what's cookin' in Catfish county right now! Perhaps the most interesting story of the IFL season.

Defense played great, forced tons of turnovers.
            Offense struggled.
            STs were outstanding.

Well that was a lot closer than I anticipated it would be once I went up 27-7 in the 3rd. I couldn't stop Diedrich at all, and it was easily the best WR performance against the Renegades I think in history. 100+ YAC plus another long TD taken away by a penalty.

I've never seen anything like that, and I have no doubt I would have been destroyed had Ouellette started. I will sneak away with the win, but I have a feeling we're going to have a rematch in the postseason, and I won't be so lucky to face big Moe again.

                GG Steve.
Diedrich has been on fire this season......I'm sure Robinson has had something to do with that.
Wichita's very own OchoCinco very nearly won us the game single handedly.
Penalties hurt us, and we might have sneaked it if we'd recovered one of your fumbles. Frustrating.

At least there has been an Ouellette sighting on the practice field this week.
He could be active again versus the Clawz.

What a retarded game. Solecsimic should be ashamed of themselves, on both sides.

Let's see, Lansing had one decent drive for a touchdown. The rest of their points?

36 yard INT return for TD
88 yard Kick off return for TD
73 yard Punt return for TD
79 Yard pass TD to win the game with 2:00 left in game, first play of drive.

Almost enough ridiculousness in this game to make me put the game down for good. Stupid. Stupid game. Lansing had 6 fumbles, 4 lost too. I wasted time watching that mess.

GG Jester. Going up against the best shows me places I need to improve...and we are closer than I thought.

                    1. Protect May better
                    2. Improve Run Defense/play calling

I thought I was a recipient of the Solecismic bug when we recovered the fumble on your side of the field late in the game...but we went backwards instead of forward.

Best 1-3 team I've ever had, and two of those losses are at the hands of Vancouver and Lawrence by only 14 points combined.

Great game, Argot! I agree you've got a great 1-3 team and wouldn't be surprised to see the Catfish make the post-season somehow.

"Propane" has 700 rushing yards through 4 games. If healthy, he needs only 1300 in 12 games for 2,000. Leading the path for him, Byron Lewandowski has 17 Key Run Blocks - on pace to break the record of 60 set by Jason Downer in 2007.

Propane going for DHs record. Helped tremendously by Tulsa of all teams.

GG Vito - sorry you couldn't get a gp in. That and a gimpy Downing spelled disaster for SLC. I know it is a bit tainted against Rex but i gotta post McNeil's game stats since it is probably the best game a K-Whales QB will ever have, at least under my control...

A lot of it was in garbage time too - not sure why the computer kept him in there so long (I have my starting time set to 7) - except to get him POTW!

Now off to Orlando then Lawrence. I'll be more than happy to get a split in these two but I have a feeling I used up a lot of my luck this week.
