Rooks looked inconsistent. Durham made some Big plays and looks like he will be a nice big play compliment to Crapo. He also had 3 drops. Wiebe had 2 drops. But CB Oxarart had a great game with 3 PDs and an INT. A work in progress for sure.

It was nice to see Sanford struggle. Hopefully it's not just a fluke.

Mahe will get the start at QB next week as we have a QB controversy here in Georgia. Mahe finished strong last year.

Jester's starters made it look easy and could have won by 35 if they didn't sit out the last 3 quarters. I have a lot of work to do.

I admit that I've been drinking and watching, but you won 40-26, rushed for 225, and I don't remember a SINGLE good play from my test 3-4 defense. I witnessed a different catastrophe - of Phantom Proportions.

I'm going full time with starters next game, and possibly the rest of pre-season, in order to cement this 3-4 data. So far it's... abysmal.

I will say preseason NFL games have higher TV ratings then the World Series. What does that tell you?

unsure how good we are. We played most of our starters and then had scrubs come in. ANC played 2nds, 1sts, 3rds. so hard to compare

There's not much to gain from analyzing preseason games except in the case of Jester who was trying out a new defense. But as far as the current state of a team, it's nearly impossible to gain any relevant information.

Take my game for instance. I certainly am not ignorant enough to pat myself on the back for the 40-24 win as if you scroll back so to speak, when the starters were in, he led 17-7 and was pulling away until Amos and the starters hit the bench for the day.
Also, I don't know about other owners, but I don't use the gameplan during the preseason I intend to use during the season so no one gets a jump on analyzing what I've done.
What I will do is go back and review the 1st quarter and see if any of my starters are woefully overmatched. Beyond that 90% of the information that can be gained during preseason games in inaccurate. Not even worth looking at.
