My defense would be a great example of cohesion trumps.
My highest rated player is a 61. My lowest is a 19.
On the scouting report page my defense bars go like this:

Not great. And it shows in the yards allowed. we are ranked 16th in total defense and #1 in points allowed.
My cohesion is 85 for the defensive front and 87 for the defensive backfield.
But, realistically, with this defense we should be in the low 20s in total defense and points allowed.
