So I jacked up my cohesion rating this TC, or tried too. I guess not enough. We had 10 penalties. Many by the offensive line, supposedly the most cohesive unit on my team. It might be a long season.

The passing game was awful. Perkins needs to shake off the rust bad.

Our run game and pass rush were excellent, though. So, I've got mixed feelings about our first exhibition.

I wouldn't have made the Downing deal if I knew Rogers would take a hit in camp. I'm glad I did but he never really got a shot here.

GG Kozure. Seems like we'll have the same problem with our 2nd RB as last year. Gonna need to fix that. Troutman played ok, although, I think I'l be starting Harding this year once the season starts.

It's all a crap shoot man [Downing] -- I needed a player and he wasn't playing so I took a chance. If he actually reaches that projected 53 rating, better.

He's a guy I thought could hit my WRs on time and scramble when the protection breaks--so that stat line is a sigh of relief. He's the player I should have drafted instead of taking Gradkowski that year.

Jave's "man-to-hate", Mario Gurley has progressed to 29/48 he's going to get a lot of snaps over the rest of the preseason. If he passes 50 in future rating this season, I'm a doubly happy man.

my "Albatross" Tyler (Gurley II) will see some time too.

WR OJ Billups: 3 catches 93 yards -- including a 48 yard catch and run.

Gurley would be close to a 60 future if he hadn't gotten that injury.

/rolls eyes. Yea, cause as we know, pre-season is a great way to evaluate your players......not. I remember a certain owner who got psyched when his crap runningback averaged 7yds a carry in pre-season, the promptly laid a giant turd when the regular season started.
Nothing is gained by analyzing pre-season statistics.
