Well, I lost. Crap. Good close game there Portland, I will need to look at it more when I get the chance in between updating things.

After an amazing first quarter we stupidy lost, tons of bad passes killed us, really low average of completions. Our QB was our best rusher...that doesn't talk so good about our running offense either.

Wichita pulls out a nail biter against Newark. Much better played game for the Outlaws. Good game Newark.

Hats off to Cleveland (although I really don't understand this game, we watched using the viewer and too often during a 1-10 situation, we were in pass d.. even though I jacked up the run percentages on every situation) in the first half theyran all over our ass and made us look like punks on offense,
in the second half when we were finally stopping them and getting decent field position, they still for the most part stopped us. Their d is really good. We had our chances to win this game, but late penalties hurt us.

        Congrats on the win.

couple things looking through real quick.

I am so far impressed with SLC, they kicked some ass again.

3 OT games, that will probably be the main sports page story.

And that Houston-Pitt game looked like one hell of a game

            I am so pissed!
Penalties killed me. Everytime I had a big play, Holding!!!!!!!!!. Missed FG after a delay of game to move us back 5yds to attempt a 41 yrder.
My D play calling was horrible. Here you are in the 4th passing and my team is looking for the run. I guess I need to look at my GP and figure out what the hell was going on.

I feel you on the penalties. Until that holding call that erased a long pass play for you I was getting pissed. Several calls went against me to keep your drives alive and to stop my drives in the 1st half. Seems like the officials returned the favor in the 2nd.

I hear ya on gameplan. I set my plan specifically to stop what you were doing and you racked up solid yardage. And against a damn good secondary.

Penalties and injuries rocked my team. Every time anything started to get going on defense or offense something bad happened. I had 9 penalties in all which doesn't sound like much, but they resulted in 6 CBA first downs which just killed any chances my defense had to stop anything. Losing 3 starters to injuries in this game hurt too, but I think Sov got it worse. I knocked Cartagena out until the playoffs

Thanks for making the announcement. I'd share my game analysis, but I'm busy trying to envision a scenario where Julian would get hurt on a play that was whistled dead by a false start.

Lawrence also lost their star DT Edmund Peacock for 19 weeks.

Yeah, the false start thing was pretty odd. Maybe he was the one who false started by spraining his ankle getting under center and falling forward.

DOLA, this is the 2nd time this season you've injured my starting QB. I'm glad I'm not playing you again in the next 3 seasons.

Holy shit, I did not see the Cartagena injury yet. Have not looked at the injuries yet, so had not seen Peacock either.

Thats fucked up, because I wanted to try and get a win against that bastard.

Just because there is a false start does not mean he could not have been hit, or had to run a little. You see the ball snapped and guys start moving a good chunk all the time when they call false starts.
