Seems I can propose a move to a new city now. Can I? Do I need to wait a season?

My long term plan for this franchise is too import the now defunct Syracuse Northern to the IFL. The problem with that is Syracuse isn't in this universe. I suspect it's being used by one of the Canadian teams. Any objections to me moving to Buffalo, Rochester or Albany and calling it Syracuse?

I drew this myself so I doubt it will work with a helmet tool but here's what are stationary will look like someday.
