Fehr will be held out against Wichita...important to get him safely healed up for the rest of the season...can't afford to lose him through impatience. We'll have to play very well without him..he's a big part of our offense, even when he's not catching passes.

And UKPat is always a dangerous matchup...

GG and GL UKPatfan...but not too much, okay?

Some great matchup's this week again. I will be keeping my eyes on more than a few games. Really looking forward to the Madison v Oakland game. Madison is off to a great start this year, as is oakland. The only difference is that Madison has done it with little fanfare and are like the Rodney Dangerfield to Pennsylvania for the past few years.

Boss has had my number for a couple seasons now. I'm going to have to cook up a whole new gameplan this year. I can't afford to stick with the status quo and hope we get lucky. This is a tough schedule. If we can get past both Newark AND Madison, we may be on to something in Oakland.

Game of the Week, nice. This game is going to show me in what direction this season is going.

I must admit, I am a bit angry about Fresno being a 5.5 point favorite. I hope it's still the only thing I am angry about Sunday night...

            Wahoo a bye...lol.

Maybe we can right this ship...probably not a top ten pick next yr would be nice though.

Gameplan uploaded. Warthogs vs Snipe Hunters will be a brutal game in the wind. Both teams want to pound the rock and stop the pounding. Will be a test of wills and I think the winner will be determined by TOs, which is often the case.

Absolutely insane game @ Vermont. This team is wildly inconsistent. We were dominating the game going into to 4th quarter and Vermont scores 18 unanswered including a two point conversion to send it to overtime. At this point, I'm thinking we lost this one. BUT, in overtime we drive down to field goal range only to fumble the damn ball. Vermont, however, gives it right back on the next play tossing an INT. We then kick the game winning field goal.

An absolutely huge win for us on the road as our schedule does not get any easier. We have a bye week and then will thankfully get Garrod back from his appendectomy. Rookie RB Galloway is tearing it up right now.

The bad news, 12 of our players were hit with influenza.

Man, not sure what's changed between this year and last year, but we are a completely different personality. Can I have my old coach back? He seemed to run the offense more like I wanted it run.
                            fumbles, fumbles, fumbles.

gonna be uphill battle if we think we're gonna make the playoffs

With TE Fehr out of the game, we still managed an ugly..a freakin' ugly win over Wichita. So a trap game is out of the way. Last season this team was penalized a ton, and it reared it's ugly head in this game. Twelve penalties. And fumbles in the other team's red zone which could have cost us this game. But defensively we held Oullette to a 29 qb rating, so there was some good in the game.

GG UKPatfan... okay, Ugly Game UKPatfan...

Next up, Iowa City...we get TE Fehr back, thank god, and Mallard has a minor ankle injury. We'll have to adjust.
