When I was in the HFL, we implemented a rule concerning this. Basically, in stage one you were the only team that could bid on your own HC. The same went with your OC and DC, unless another team tried to hire them as a HC.

I like that rule a lot. We should implement that for next season. Its only fair...2003,2004,2007,2008,2010,2013,2024,2025,2031,2037, 2038 and 2039 NC North Division Champions, 2012 and 2017 Wild Card
