            For the record, I hate how you can't re-sign your coaches before they leave your team.

              When I was in the HFL, we implemented a rule concerning this. Basically, in stage one you were the only team that could bid on your own HC. If he didnt sign, he became free game for the next 2 stages.
              The same went with your OC and DC, unless another team tried to hire them as a HC.

              It made it a little more exciting.

                So true. I think it's gay. At least make your coaches "protected" in round one. If they don't sign then it's open season in round 2.

                  I like that rule a lot. We should implement that for next season. Its only fair...

                    everyone controls their own financial situation. If you can win, you will bring people to the stadium and will bring in money. It can be done! I personally don't have a problem with the system. It's not perfect, but it works.

                        I went 11-5 this year and lost 71 million so I'm not sure how many years in a row you have to win in order to make money.
