Moving city

Last off season I had the option to relocate but the bid failed....

This off season the relocate option isn't available to me....
Does anyone know if a team only has a one year window to move?
Wondering why I can't try to move again.
I'm confused.

I think you need to try to renovate your current stadium before you are allowed to request a move again, but my memory is shaky.

When we started the game I was given a new stadium right off the bat in year one(the game just decided that). I have HATED that since day one and have been held hostage for 5 years(yea, REAL years), and have to wait FIFTEEN seasons before I can do something, either move or renoviate. I got 3 more seasons to wait.

All moves have to be approved in game. If we allowed every tom, dick, and harry to move teams, we'd have had teams in every city in North America by now
