A loss yes, but I couldn't be happier with that outcome. We got not one, not two, but FIVE players back from injury! And not a single player got so much as a cold. Just in time for the playoffs. Except for Donovan, that was a PERFECT outcome.
Wilson falls short of holding the touchdown record outright, but who cares. Were going to the playoffs for the first time since 2009.

Ken "DH" Singleton gets his 100 career rushing TD with 1:38 left in the 2nd quarter. The TD put Tulsa ahead 24-0.
The game was stopped and the ball was presented to Mr. Singleton.

That was disgusting.

Up 21-0 with 2 minutes left in the first half and in total control. Norfolk ends up tying the game before the 10 minute mark in the 3rd.

And a 7-2 start to the season ends up as an early offseason again.

Huge game in Norfolk today.

Tough loss Kingfc. I thought it would be next to impossible to win on the road in that game. As demoralizing as that loss was, I think you've got something to look forward to. You're in a very tough division, you don't need me to tell you that.

We dominate from the get go. We were on fire.

Brick falls 42 yards short of setting the YAC record.
DH gets 100.
Sanford wins the QB rating race again, with a 112.7 rating.

He was a beast this year for sure. 27 knockdowns too on QB's.

Anyways, we lose at PENN but grab the final wild card spot with Vermont losing. Too many turnovers and missed FG's in the PENN game otherwise we played pretty good.

We travel to Tulsa where we were soundly defeated earlier in the year 27-3. Not thrilled to be going back there at all. Would rather have visited OAK but we'll give it our best shot.

Sigh 13-3 and playing in the WC round.

Well, this means I can tie my season record for wins in a season.

The only team we have not beaten in the league is Cleveland. I hope we can change that this postseason.

We looked like last years team. Very inconsistent this year.

I was looking at records and saw that I missed Hugh Whitings single game record for FGs. He kicked 7 in week 7

Sedrick Vance finished up the season 1 short of the tackle record. Looks like he'll have to come back for a 14th season if he wants it that bad .

P.S. I know you benched your starters, but it sure feels good to stomp on the Firebirds
