Its been a great career to watch. From the single game records like 5 TDs, to the single season records (2258 rushing yards) to the career records (99 rushing TDs).

Unbelievably, DH has never missed a game. He has been a workhorse.

      GL Beez.

Always a worrisome game against the Generals. Hopefully the home fiield advantage will kick in. Need to win to guarantee another division title.

Wilson is having a good career. But he doesnt have the amazing season that DH had. DH has been very consistent but has put up a huge season (2258 yards and 21 TDs). That season will make it hard on Wilson to get to him. Unless Wilson has a season like that, he will have to last longer then DH.

speaking of records. There are some single season records on the verge of falling. Geoff Wilson should be the new single season TDs in a season record holder and Chuck Morris is 2 FGs away from tying Tulsas Carlos McClurken Fgs record. Brick Albriksten is 83 yards away from the YAC record. Little Rocks Les Rogers is only 6 interceptions away from the interceptions thrown record. Im betting he can do it.

Wilson needs to keep doing this for a few years before he gets annointed.

looking at his stats, he's been a good RB. This year and last year, he's been a great RB. the thing that separates him is his catches. I don't know about how everyone gameplans, but I don't use my RB's to catch the ball much because I haven't had success with it. Wilson so far this year has a staggaring 8.9YPT. that's insane

Singleton never touched the ball as much as Wilson in the receiving game. But he was a big part of our passing game early in his career. Until we picked up Brick and Andrews. Now he gets a couple passes a game is all.

Wilson will go down as the greatest receiving back of all time if he maintains this pace.

Yea, I was just messing a bit. I really don't see him catching DH in rushing yds or TD's, now there MAY be an exception. IF, and it's a big IF, the game takes into account carries per season Wilson may last longer. DH always has a TON of rushing carries and if the game "ages" him faster Wilson may catch him. DH has always had a heavy heavy workload, with more then DOUBLE the carries of Wilson in his career so that factors in as well.

taking your argument Jave, take into account how often Wilson is involved in the passing game. with a lot of targets, he's going to wear down that way also

This is true, but just for the sake of argument, receivers last much longer then runningbacks so that could be seen both ways. It's really just for discussion anyway has I doubt Jim has been that detailed regarding how soon a RB will retire. I'm thinking he just has it coded, if your a starting RB, the average will see his skills start declining in "X' years. Seems to be year 5. Last season Wilson already went from a 92ish to 88ish so I expect we will see Wilson decline a bit more this offseason. Probably down to 82ish.

GL Tarc. I get you in the USFL this week too.

I'm gonna try some different stuff with the gameplan this week to try to pull out the upset. We had a good run this year and improved a lot. Hopefully we make the playoffs next year.

Alright Jave, it's Raider, um I mean Devildogs week in Vancouver. Despite our team running a 2nd half fade route, we can get some momentum for next season if we can complete the series sweep. Also, it looks like if we can win, we would have VAN's best regular season record since the opening year, 2003. So I guess that is something to shoot for.
I am torn about starting Stanfield or Gunther. I need to find out if Gunther has a chance to be a starting QB, but Stanfield should give us a better chance to win and he's also closing in on 400 tds.

It's gonna be a war. I'm sitting a few starters but not enough to affect the game. I'm still gonna beat ya!

An anticlimactic season closer ans I bet a lot of starters are rested... we're moving up the power rankings, but man...we're not that good yet.

Offseason for the Libertarians should be intriguing
