2018 Draft suggestions

In the event this was in response to my post: I'm suggesting that we DON'T do the 50% reduction for non-US located GMs since the time frame is already tough on them.

ok, i see what you're saying. That's impossible to do in the utility as it treats each team the same regardless. We could do this manually though. It might be an issue if 2 picks are close to eachother.

I wouldn't do that except for a guy who's always active during the draft. Imagine if someone registers himself on the utility and doesn't make a single pick. We'll wait for 15 hours for him during the draft.

As for the time slots, there are a little too long for me, but I don't really care if we let them the way they are. A couple years back, I was one of the guys who wanted faster and faster drafts, but with time, I understand now that even if you change the time slot, people will still miss picks and people are gonna moan anyway. We should just give an extra 7th round pick if someone is making each of his pick in less than 30 minutes. Maybe it could work with some.
