So even though I fairly, by sucking balls for a decade and picking top 10 in the draft managed to build and maintain a team that has a balanced quality of players in key positions and is starting to win games, Jim has come along and decided that each team needs equality, we can't have a team with more then a set amount of good players and therefore made any player with a rating of "x", X being a rating of 70+ I assume, so insanely expensive therefore being physically impossible to resign, THUS redistributing said players throughout the league.

Why don't you try being more creative in trading and obtaining quality players rather then sitting back hoping they all fall into your lap via a patch.

I dont know there Jave. You have great players on your roster and you still lose and you lose alot. So it's not your players. It must be your gameplanning and coaching. Let's not forget you trade top WRs off your team for top FBs. When you could probably draft a good fullback in the middle of the draft. Glad to know your back to your one dimension offense which i have a game plan on file for. Not hopeing anything will fall into my lap either I have 6 first rounders over the next 3 years.

In conclusion why dont you get creative and find a game plan that works for your elitist team.

My team loses because it doesn't have the talent. Your team loses and it has a ton of talent. Big difference. At least I don't threaten to quit every year because I can't figure the game out or I am losing all the time. I am sure at the end of this season when it comes contract time you will threaten to quit again because of the financial system.

Jave has never excused away his lack of game planning frustration. So there's no need to hi-jack a thread to throw stones at his glass house. That's my job....hmmpf...can't believe I'd ever see the day when I defend Jave...He used to really get under my skin.... : )

Or I was given a team in total melt down that had been ran into the ground before i even got there and havent had enough time to repair that.


As for the oh I am gonna build my team through FA thats what ive been waiting for... ya thats why i have 5 1st rounders and 4 2nd rounders over the next 2 drafts.

On the young players/draft picks I had that you brought up like I made a mistake. What exactly were you doing with them before I got here. The young players I got rid of weren't winning anything just to throw that out there. Rhinehart was mediocre and brought me draft picks to rebuild. and one great player you drafted ever which was the stud running back wasnt gonna win anything for us by himself. Any crap your gonna put on me just remember you were the seeds the roots and foundation of the whole thing I have going on right now.
