    Early FA Stage 11&12 & Draft Done

    Fresno submitted a request to renovate their stadium.
    The proposal failed, and the team is now free to attempt to move to another city.


    Houston submitted a request to renovate their stadium.
    The proposal failed, and the team is now free to attempt to move to another city.


    St. Louis submitted a request to renovate their stadium.
    The proposal passed.


    Montreal submitted a request to renovate their stadium.
    The proposal failed, and the team is now free to attempt to move to another city.


    Lawrence submitted a request to build a new stadium.
    The proposal passed.

    quite a few contract hold outs.

    not sure if that's a result of the patch

    Newark RB Sherman Spence rushed for over 1000yds last season, and wants a new contract.
    He's not the only RB, as there's 8 in total that are holding out

        I was in a fuck-it-I-want-to-see-what-happens mood when I proposed the new stadium. I'm pretty sure Lawrence is now on the hook for a shitload of money and I have no idea how it'll affect me.

            An angle I didn't think of. I had no intentions of changing the stadium name but since it's a new stadium it might have to be done.

            Phantoms will not be accepting corporate backing nor will there be a corporation in the field name though.
