Nice game between Penn and SLC...my guess is we may see that game again sometime. Oh wait...no...that means we didn't win our wildcard game. nevermind.

In other news, we statistically dominated the Dakota Spirit, and still tried to give the game away a couple of times. Lucky for us, we got those INT's back when we needed it most late in the game along with a punt return for a TD.

I love Ryan McCellion, I watched him go from a 6th round pick, to a mediocre WR, and now to one of the more underrated WR's in the league. All he does is catch clutch 3rd down passes for just enough yardage to get the first down.

We hammer Georgia liked I haoped we would.
Offense is lacking something. I tweaked it a bit for this game, but didnt see anything come of it. I wonder if Heath being hurt is affecting the way the offense has played.
Defense was solid. Not much pass rush though.

You not only took on a project at the beginning of the season but also inherited a young team. Games like this one are nothing but growing pains and it will take a few seasons and drafts ... and I think you will get there. Good luck on the rest of the season - you have been a nice add to the league's GMs .

Damn, I had this game. A few key defensive stops to kill my drives, a dumb turnover on a punt which basically handed them a TD, stalling at the 35 and not kicking a FG towards the end of the game (wtf), and then not getting the ball back.

Good teams close games out, and that's what WV did. Hopefully in a few seasons my team will learn how to finish games

I gotta say i'm impressed with my team though. Starting 5-6 rookies a game, we're three close games away from 6-3. Those three games are against 7-1, 6-2, and 5-3 teams. My other losses are from an 8-1 team, 6-2 team, and 4-4 team. Wow, have I really only played one team under .500 so far?
