New recruit to league - awaiting an open team

Hey guys,
Just saying hi....

I have had this league recommended to me by JesterBlaze and I believe I'm first on the waiting list for an open team?

I'm really into the immersion side of a league....(it makes up for my lack of success at winning!)...and your league looks right up my street. (those Championship rings are something else!!)

As you'll tell from my screen name, I'm a Brit who's mad into the NFL and FOF is one way of getting a fix.
I may not be as knowledgable as my US cousins but I'm trying to catch up - I just love your game.

I'm gonna sit tight and wait for an opening and enjoy reading up on your league in the mean time.

Welcome ukpatfan. Didn't you play in the Cyber Football League or maybe one of my other old leagues? I remember seeing your name before. Although there seems to be alot of Pats fans in the UK. I won the Cyberbowl about the 4th season there with the Pats. I think Bear might run that league or did anyway.

Hi there fellas.

One or two GM's have PM'd me to say there might be a team opening and I've seen Jave's thread.

After having a quick look over the Devil Dogs, I think it would be a real shame if Jave did leave....he has a great looking team taking shape.

I certainly don't want to look like I am a vulture waiting to swoop....
but that being said, if Jave is definately calling it a day, then I'd like to be considered to take over the Dogs.
I promise to take good care of 'em Jave.

If Jave reconsiders, then keep me as first reserve for the next open team.
