I have no data backing this up but it'd make sense for every team to get the TC benefit whether or not there's an export. If you don't export new settings I'd think it would just use the priors since it obviously has them saved as they're used as the starting point each season before we make changes.

Either way Jim would probably program an "else" statement in the code to instruct the engine on what to do. He could either program "else use past settings" or "else fuck 'em!".

Oh I'm almost positive that you'd get the default values even if you don't send in an export.. not even an else-statement needed.

Values are default, load an export and update values, thus if there is no export, the default values remain when running camp.

Not even close. The MOST, hands down tedious thing is your initial game plan. I sat down last year after the Lawrence game and it took me about 5 hours to set. And I made little tweaks here and there for the next 3 weeks. I would guess I spend over 8 solid hours on the gameplans.
