Fresno letting some young guys get a start in week 17. Abney gets a start at C, which is a no brainer concidering Venegas horrid week 16. Couple of front 7 guys get a start too end season as well. Some of the normal starters will have their PT reduced so that the front office can see what the backups can do with a handful of snaps.

Colella sits for this game. Sure would be nice to win the division going 9-7 rather than 8-8.

I have decided we are going 8-8 so we can salvage our pride this season. I hope Vermont is ready for it.

need to change some things up. playing all my starters. We are still middle of the road when it comes to the top teams so I expect one-an-done in the playoffs. Oh well at least we won the ac west crown and portland flamed out...hahahaha.

I agree ... as fas as the it goes, playoffs start today against the Dragons. Looks like this is prequal round for both of us to continue to a wild card game.

Interesting week for Houston as a victory for them along with a Newark loss would make them the only non-Law, non-Murf team to beat Law or Murf this season and they'll have beaten us both.

Also, 307 passing yards from Stanfield and we'll have a new passing yardage record in the IFL.

Who else is closing in on potential new records in this last week?

I was thinking of sitting Stanfield and others for the post-season but given his potential to set a new record, the fact that it's Newark Week, and to be fair to Coder's chances to play a game next week the Phantoms are sending all the horsies to battle this week!

Unfortunately my IFL spiritual erectile disfunction continues as my soul just can't seem to get it up these days, even for a game against my arch rivals.

just another horrendous game from our defense. We end up losing both games to Lawrence this year, which sucks.......
Either way, I wasn't too concerned about this game, as I thought I'd be in the playoffs no matter what.
I have to keep telling me that it's a new season and we start over NOW. game on.

gg Jester. You got the best of me this year. Hopefully we'll find you again in the playoffs.

Wow, good game Hardford. We could not stop you at all. You kicked our ass all over the field and we were lucky to have only lost by 7. The game looked to me it could have easily been a 40-3 loss for us. You moved the ball at will, especially on third downs. It's games like this I don't like having Chad Harding. He was sacked four times, hurried three and knocked down 4. Expect to see Markel under center after the bye.

lmao...this game cracks me up. GG kobeck you should of killed us 40-0. We had 4 turnovers in the first 20 mins and 6 turnovers for the game yet we still had a shot to make it close in the 4th. I guess you can say the random number generator wasn't on our side this game...hahaha stupid game. Have I told you I don't like my chances in the playoffs...
