You ever notice that me and Oakland never post at the same time?

Now I know what my problem is. I keep thinking I am Oakland and Jave is Orlando. I am gameplanning for the wrong team.

I bet Mueller throws 3 picks because he can't tell who to throw too.

Ugh. I was getting excited in the first quarter where we seemed to be dominating statistically, but only had 2 FG's to show for it (our normal problem in the red zone). Then Lawrence scored a TD. and another. and...another...and...well you get the idea.

Oh wait we score a TD, no never mind. called back on a holding penalty. and then...intercepted...going the other way.

          crap.

Just another year in Reno I guess...

And we lost Schultz and Rose too...hope I beat up some Phantoms along the way.

So that game sucked. Another Houston type of loss. Played fairly well, but just dumb stuff killed it for us. Today it was penalties (10) and dropped passes (3). Turnovers didn't help either, but I got a few of my own, so can't really complain about that. I just really hate how I get penalty after penalty but I have no clue who is causing them. I lead the league in penalty yards, but my coach has a 'good' for disciple. It makes no sense to me.

If they do come out with a new version, I really hope they fix the penalty system because right now it's garbage. Not to sound like a sore loser, i'm not, it just this is the 3rd game in a row i've had at least 9 penalties. Last week it was offensive holding, this week it was unness roughness. So what is it, suddenly my offensive line doesn't need to hold, but my defense forgets how to play clean?

              I HATE THIS FUCKIN GAME.

And I'm beginning to hate Ralph Givens.

              Yes, I said it.

Ridiculous game that we were lucky to win. It's too late for me to go into specifics but consider this: My coach calling the tackle eligible reverse out of the 5 receiver spread formation on 3rd and 10 probably wasn't the strangest thing that happened. GG HOU.

Looks like were heading for yet ANOTHER 4 win season. No offense whatsoever today, and YEP, Doyle goes down YET AGAIN! He is the most injury prone player I have ever had.

                    Tough loss, Argot.

I figured it'd be tough for you when I saw your lack of WRs since I was coming off the victories over Murf and Tulsa who both boast very solid WR groups. That 48 yarder Collella threw early in the 1st got my attention quick though, I'll admit.

Newarks non-play keeps them in 1st place at 3-0 over the Phantoms at 4-0. Damn Bulldogs!!!

What a frustrating game. If you told me that we would hold Stanford to 2 TD's, Chris Andrews and Ken Albriktsen to 5 catches for 52 yards and Singleton under 90 yards i would say we smoke them. Well that didn't happen.

You kinda threw me off guard a bit Tarcone. I game planned to stop the pass but you ran it more then i thought.

Just too many turnovers (3) in our end of the field which resulted in 17 Tulsa points blew any chance of winning this game.

                      GG Tarcone!

We have a bye this week and then host our rival Lansing.

good game Portland ... with the loss comes a heavy dose of reality of what this team really is.

WV next week ... and looks like we are seriously outmanned ... will need to revert to smoke and mirrors.

Three missed FGs in a game lost by six points?

Running game wasn't even attempted either. I guess I go back to the week one game plan, I was happier with those first two loses then these last two.

lol - I seem to remember tons of Mules/Renegade games with multiple Unnecessary roughness penalties back to back. Seems like there was one on an opening KO - lol

System I wish FOF had was referees. Man I hate it when Hentak used to ref Titan games. I think that old dude was on estrogen. He called Fat Albert for Unnecessary Roughness once on a solo tackle on Zeroue. FA stood the little guy up in the backfield, wrapped him up and slammed him down going backwards into the pocket - TEXTBOOK TACKLE, except in girlman Hentaks world. I freaking hate Pittsburgh!!!!!

We havent done anything offensively this season. So I did miix it up. Still not real pleased.
Field position won it for us, no doubt.
I think Madison had my WRs covered real well, so Brennan took over. In fact Madisons TE and mine were the offensive stars.
We had a lot of dumb penalties. Holding on a 53 yard bomb to Andrews
Pass interference that got Madison down to our 1 late in the game

We hang on to win. Which was much needed.

                                GG Boss.

Next week we travel to Texas. 1st place on the line.
