I never trust any GM in the IFL to not take my "secret players" anymore. Even some guy you think will last till the 4th or 5th round...not here...too many good GM's scouring the boards for the diamonds. Just my observation, but Hoover looks too be a little small (5'9") and a little on the light side for an impact receiver. I would be surprised if he is as exciting as his bars suggest but perhaps a little more
in the air will help .... in any case, this is Matt's issue to fix.
