Drats. Norfolk v. West Virginia leads a disappointing group of games to watch during this bye week. I would've liked more intriguing matchups.

Oh well. Maybe someone will shock someone with an upset or something interesting.

I'm looking forward to the matchup against the Demons. I don't know what my all time record vs. Madison is, but I always feel like we lose.
Looking to keep this strong start going.

the power rankings in this game are broken. 0-4 St. Louis is rated 42, 3-1 California is rated 41. yeah, that makes a lot of sense. stupid game.

Time to test our mettle against Norfolk. Took the first of our two games last year when the game wasn't important, and Norfolk had a big comeback win against us in the second game. This game isn't nearly as important as our next game will be, but I still hope I win.

              Good luck Norfolk.

Good game Norfolk. Special teams killed us. Yours kept pinning us inside our 5 yard line it seemed and ours kept giving you the ball near midfield and we gave up a blocked punt. Other than that, I thought it was evenly played, you just made, maybe, two or three big plays and we made none.

Third down was killer for us too.

                      Onto next week.

Also, I'm not one to complain about the game, much, but there are just too many blocked kicks, anymore. Kind of becoming a drag, especially when in all my leagues, I seem to have them occur against me 4 out of 5 times. Thought I did luck out in the USFL with a blocked punt in the final two minutes of regulation which set up my game winning field goal.

We get by a scrappy Reno team. They hung around and had long drives. Turnovers saved the day for us.

                            On the player front:
2nd year FS Earnest Porter may have finally matured as he tops out at 74/74. If he can stay on the field, he will be a big addition..

SE Chris Andrews gains another 2 in current. He is at a 62/70 and playing above that.

CB Edgar Fyie had 2 defensed and 1 caught. He has a 86.6 PD% this season. Listed 43/60.

K Carlos McClurken was 2/3 from 50+. He was 2/5 overall

Another disappointing loss. I just don't know how to get over the hump and start winning some games. I am at a total loss. GG Texas, your guys did what you were supposed to.
