  • Final Draft File & Team Emails

New file is up with the draft completed & Trades procesed. Grab it off the main page.

For those new to the league, http://www.imperialfl.us/
always grab the "Current File" from the menu on the upper left hand side.

Want to direct everyone to the polling station where there are a couple of polls ongoing regarding the number of multi sim weeks and the trade deadline we'll be using. Go, look, vote, talk. The majority will rule and that will be what we use going forward.

Also, as I mentioned in the other thread, now is the time to upgrade your version of FOF if you havn't yet. Matt and I will both be switching to 6.2 before tommorow nights sim.

My proposal failed? Crap, I wasn't asking for the world and thought it would pass. Next year I guess.

Boston is moving to Chicago? Yuck.

I try every year to renovate my parking lot. And every year it gets turned down. That's why I wanted to move to Chicago years ago. And because I can't seem to make any money out here in Dakota : (

Not the Toads, I won't even try it. I have considered a nickname in the past for about 15 seconds though.

i was gonna move the Heroes to Chicago. that city is ripe for a team. once my lease is up at my current stadium i'm gonna submit the silliest propasal that's guaranteed to be rejected so i can move the team. we're not making any money in the Fresno area.

I don't get it guys, you make very little money when you move a team. You start out in the new city with crap fan support which equals low attendance.

I don't think I could ever move my team, it'd be too weird. I do think with our slow pace and decent length of history that moves will be interesting. Adds a little legitimate flavor when it happens properly as the game allows rather than just willy nilly allowing out of game city changes.

Agreed. The Matadors moving to Los Angeles to become the Liberty was a long wait, and was kind of cool when it finally happened.

Chicago is putting up some huge cash to get us to come play there.

Looking forward to a change of scenery and the time table is set to get these Boston fans a playoff run before it's too late.
