Tulsa favored by 9. Being that I was lucky enough to win the whole thing last season I'm guessing I'm currently riding the most extreme drop-off in seasonal production by a team in IFL history.

But phear not phantom phans, the road to 10-6 starts tomorrow!

I cant figure out why your record is what it is. Im very worried about this game.

      It may end up 38-35.

Big game for the Voodoo visiting HEEHAW land. Gotta get a win but I don't like my chances.

Well, see it works like this....

          You won 4 games.
          You lost 3 games.

So when you put that together your record looks like this:

          4-3

          Do you understand now?

Defense lets me down again. Good game Norfolk. Tried something different on defense and it still didn't work. I let a team average 2.5 yards a carry coming into this game run all over us.

We win an ugly game against the Generals. I really need to get some consistency on offense. We've been pretty crappy in that phase. We won this game because of Nolan Lawson on defense, Walter Walker on Special Teams, and punting.

Crap, can we rerun those games? We were favored by 10 and got blown out of the water.

                  Thanks.

Richard Marshall finally gets on board with the program - both as a receiver out of the backfield and in running the ball.

I got tired of hearing Roger May's name ... every time the game announced that he got the ball, I just looked away and cursed and then looked back to see what damage he did. Damn, kept Kersey at bay but this guy was a nightmare.

Thank you Percy Brenner for giving Finger a shot at the 4th quarter comeback. After you went up 10 in the fourth quarter, I just knew it was over with ... until the magical 101 yard resusitation effort of Brenner to make it a 3 point game. Then holding you to a field goal to keep it within a touchdown with about two minutes to go was the key.

The ball is given to Lozier and he records his 24th comeback victory, 35-34.

I am glad to get out WV and sigh a breath of relief that our series is over for this year. Your team is not reflective of its record.

We made Gomez look like an all-star. Couldn't ever stop him on 3rd down. They gave up 5 turnovers, and we still couldn't win.

                      Yuck...

A good comeback week and with Reno's loss to Lansing that puts us right back in the division race.
Putting 40 up on a good opponent like Vancouver gets my dick hard. Rico Bailey continues his outstanding year running for 123 and a score. He is about to pass the 1000 yard mark only his second time ever. The offensive line is really controlling the LOS this year and making Donovan's job easier and opening holes for Bailey.
Donovan is starting to come into his own limiting mistakes and finding his "go to" receivers, which on this team is no easy task. They all more or less suck.

The dangerous duo of Boyd and Doyle is making life hell on opposing quarterbacks this year taking the pressure off of the safety's who are having a field day this year picking off passes in the backfield.

All in all a very productive week despite only being a .500 team. With next week off we can spend 2 weeks to focus on Lansings visit to the "Black Hole". Lansing always gives us fits so it will be a good game to watch!!!

Because FOF doesn't know non-QBs play the game as well.
