Wow, sorry to see you leave. You did a great job and will be missed. But most importantly, you left the job in capable hands.

Ya know, the funny thing is, if you told me 2 years ago that Jeff would be running the league I would have said, without a doubt, that was the worst decision I have ever heard. But when he did take over I was shocked at how good he was, and he went from being a bias dickhead, to a totally fair and impartial commish.
I have been here since day one, and even when I took a break from the league, I visited quite often and was impressed with how Jeff was running the league and in fact, thought he was a slightly better commish then Cring was.

Jeff, you and I have had some serious differences throughout the years, some real some perceived, but regardless, I am sad to see ya go. When I left it wasn't fun anymore and I was burned out on the whole thing. Sometimes taking a break for a season or 2 is the cure all, and I know, without a doubt, that you will be back. I honestly thought you were a great commish and GM. Take care of your business and don't be a stranger. I know I will see you with a team sooner rather then later.

great job as commish, man. maybe next time when you take over a team it won't have the league's best QBs and tons of cap space and you'll actually have to work at putting together a team.

Thanks for the kind words, guys. I'm pretty sure I'll be around more than many of you think. And I know that no one will 100% believe me, but I won't be coming back to this league as a GM.

Jeff is a much better commish then I was, just look at this place now. It has come a long way. Jeff had at least half the good ideas when I was commish anyways.

Nothing good can come of comparing commissioners.

As the IFL goes so goes the legacy of it's commissioners. Since the IFL has been steadily successful since day 1 all those who've had a hand in commissioner business share the same exemplary "grade" and that "grade" is the league itself.
