That's been my fear every friggin playoffs i've been involved in. It's so final.

That's why I've always said the best team never wins the Championship. The team that gets a (sometimes lucky) 3-4 game win streak at the right time wins.

All you can hope for is an invite.

I love homefield advantage but at kick-off next "week" all games start at 0-0 and the wrong slip-up can be anyone's last.

Congrats to Texas for their first playoff victory in their first playoff game. (Dakota too. )

Thanks Little Rock, took this team 9 years to get into the play-off's and Chung wouldn't be denied. Texas broke 4 playoff records in that game. QB Clayton Chung QB Rating-150.4,YardsPerRec- 12.72, WR Andre Watt YardperReception-30.20, and Yardsfromscrimage-151 yds.

You have a very good team and, like everyone else, I thought you would win easily. That said, Lawrence is a big favorite by 8, but there is a positive. One of Lawrence's losses are a team Texas has beat.(Vermont) So it is possible that I line up good against them. I think it hinges on Chung. If he can keep it together for another game , then maybe I have a chance. It will be fun to see who comes out on top, Rookie WR Andre Watt or Arnold Greene, the top 2 receivers to come out of the draft this year.

A nice playoff win for Wichita against a very tough Anchorage team. We got the benefit early of a roughing the kicker penalty (my least favorite)...

Our defense had a bit of trouble stopping passing attack but really snuffed out the run. This game was won by our defense.

GG db! You're right our running game couldn't get on track, but you have a solid all-around D alot better than mine.

Im just glad I made the playoffs for the umpteenth time. Still we lacked the major players to do any damage in the later rounds anyway...

Now I need to revamp this team for 2007. LT, LG are on the outs plus we need a big-play WR rated above +65. Defense needs alot of work especially on the d-line. Might have to see if there's any interest in C Shelton on the trade block.
