Wow! That was a strangely easy victory over our very potent arch-rivals today.

And for the 3rd straight season the NC road to the playoffs goes through Broke As Fuck Field! Sadly the Phantom Phaithful were noticeably less jubilant than the past 2 seasons, no doubt a product of being recently spoiled with home play-off games and the recent memory of last season's loss to Vermont still fresh in their minds.

Texas v. Little Rock not entertaining enough for ya? How about a rematch?

So ends one of the worst seasons in Grizzly history. The only saving grace is that we should have a decent draft choice. The question is whether or not we can turn these picks into the future of the franchise.

        2004 IFL AC East Runner-UP - Wildcard - AC Runner-up 10-5-1

Yeah, worked out odd there. We split the season series, with both home teams winning. The first thing I thought when I saw that though was, "Oh shit, I am SOOOO going to lose that game."

My C is still banged up, and now my NT is banged up. Shouldn't changed much for this game though, we will just see how the computer flips the coins this time I guess.

And Jester, congrats on joining the Toads as back to back to back division champs.

3rd pick in the draft clinched with a Tulsa win. Feels good to beat Portland even if it was only scrubs. So I started the season 0-10, then finished 3-2-1. Hopefully we'll be better next year.

Good game Kobeck, sorry you missed out on the tiebreakers.

Good luck to all the playoff teams. And Suicane, don't be gay. Make sure you represent the South!

thanks. really needed Anchorage to loose, but facing the fearsome Heroes I really didn't think Murfreesboro had a chance to advance.

Rematch with Newark on our home field. We've lost two in a row. Not sure if that's a good or bad omen.

That be bad. Four out of the last five sounds even worse.

Going to be focusing on this game this week. Both have been losing lately but not to the worst of talent. One will be back to their winning ways for at least a week.

                              Glass half full. We're due.

                              ...or is Newark due...?

with the Heroes having absolutely nothing to game by winning, i'm glad we lost. i just wanted to score more pts. this is one time i would've loved to have lost 31-28. but statistically, other than Sante, i got what i wanted this year - my rookie RB getting 1k rushing, Mullin getting 1k receiving and about 1k receiving combined from my #2 and #3 WRs. i'll take that.

i really like how TE Juan McElroy has developed. he boomed to 73/73 overall, despite having a max potential of 69 to start the season. he's rated 100 in 4 categories. i love him. i want to get him more involved in the passing game. great, great pickup from me in the 2nd round. i used the pick i got from trading RB Larry Deason on McElroy. now this is a guy i'll keep around for a LOOONG time.
