Agreed on the implication that the point spread exaggerated.

This is the first week this season that I put full effort into a gameplan. This matchup doesn't come around often!

I agree here as well. The difference between a floundering middling 6-4 and fucking 7-3 is astounding.

Ahhhh, wow. I never thought that Orlando would run the ball on us like they did. We could not stop them at all. Not even close to stopping them. I think they had 5 runs of 20 yards or more on us. This was basically the same defense we've used all year and we've dominated stopping the run. We went from having the No. 1 run defense to having the sixth best in one game. That being said, Orlando also had some big plays through the air, too. They simply outplayed us.

Congrats Orlando. Your guys came to play and handed us our asses. Even though you won by only 1. We were lucky to have come back in that game and to have even taken a 10 point lead.

I'm really stumped on what happened this game. We were at home, I still think we had a solid gameplan for this game, but it seemed like every time Orlando ran the ball when we were in any defense other than goalline, it was an automatic big gain.

As Im 'watching' Solevision, Im wondering if there is any possible way that my team could do even more of the OPPOSITE of what I tell them. I feel like I didn't even upload a gameplan...

            ugh!

down 13-7.. we kick a FIELD GOAL with UNDER 3 minutes left... then we dont even kick an onsides kick.

I aged 4 years watching this game.

Objectively, a great defensive game to watch, but I am hoarse from yelling 'run the fuckin ball!!!!' at my defiant team.

very excited to beat Boston. You have a great team there kingfc. Not sure why things aren't correlating to on field success.
I'm super happy to still maintain our 1 game lead on Lawrence, and 2 on Vermont. Things will continue to stay difficult in this part of our schedule. I'v been licking my chops to play Dakota since our 1 pt loss last year.

Damn ... what an embarrasment. I have never seen a Viper team give up on the field like what I saw today. We just got our asses handed to us in the first half, then we proceed to pretend that this isn't a football game and get our dicks slapped in our face in the second half.

I am besides words ... I am so pissed off at the team. There was a good game plan but zero execution. I guess Lawrence had something to contribute to that regard but still.

Jester ... on the other hand ... great game. Your team was not only the better team but the dominant team. Hats off to a good manager and now you scrath another notch on the log in the quest to beat every team in the league. You did this one in style, bro.

I just hope I can find a way to get this team to play better through a grueling end-of-season schedule and stay ahead of WV and Hartford. The only silver lining in the dark sky today was WV's game vs. Orlando.

The field goal was kicked at 3:01. I think being over the 3 minute mark is pretty key when determining your playcalling aggressiveness. Secondly, lots of NFL teams wouldn't onside in that situation either with all three of their timeouts. Your defense was playing well.

In the day of the blowout. St Louis handed us a thumping. I thought I had a pass heavy defense. either I didnt or my d backfield is just that bad. I think back and yes, my d backfield IS just that bad.
I crushed the run all day. Here was my favorite play of the game:

2-15-TUL27 (3Q: 04:00) Tim Austin ran around left end for -1 yards and was forced out of bounds. Tackled by ILB Clay Bradbury. ILB Clay Bradbury crushed R.J. Snider to wreck the play.

Mr. Austin, this who you were traded for. Meet Mr. Bradbury.

Here has to be one of Suicanes faves:

3-23-STL13 (3Q: 13:42) Machine Gun McMurray pass completed to WR Zachery Hall for 64 yards. The receiver went out of bounds. Tackled by S Scott Gallant. The receiver ran his route right over the middle of the field. Hall gained 27 yards after the catch.

It was that kind of day for me.

It's THAT kind of laid back attitude that has kept the Firebirds perpetually in the garbage pits of the IFL.

When you're 3-81 over the last few years, you can't afford 'normal'!

If these fuckers wanna be winners, they have to be ready to deal with winning. This 'hold the fort and win 4 games a year' shit ends now!

These fuckers are gonna run laps like you would not believe.

                          Three words: NO MORE!

I'm not really worried about my run stats. I use it to set up my pass, as long as I hand it off i don't much care what the results are. GG Tarcone, I expected to light it up thru the air but that was pretty dominant.

Hall is out for 4 weeks, eghads.

Oh, and as i'm looking over Dakota's roster preparing for next week, I'd like to say thank you to Argot for drafting MLB Lester Butler. I had planned on going with Butler, if he was there. In hindsight, drafting Bailey worked out well for me.
